Humble yourself at the feet of Jesus
Matt. 5:3 NKJV “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Luke. 7:39 NLT “When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet, he would know what kind of woman is touching him. She’s a sinner!”
2. Find forgiveness at the feet of Jesus
1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Why were those outside of faith so drawn to Jesus?
We are all in the position of the woman at Jesus’ feet. We must never forget that truth, so we can show other others the way to his feet. –Darrel Bock
3. Express extravagant love from the feet of Jesus
Luke 7:47 NLT “I tell you, her sins—and they are many—have been forgiven, so she has shown me much love. But a person who is forgiven little shows only little love.”
