Three areas that need to be consecrated to the Lord:

1. POSSESSIONS

Proverbs 3:5a

Trust in the Lord with all your heart.

Do we control our stuff, or does it control us?

Luke 12:15

And he said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of things he possesses.”

Mark 8:36

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul.

2. PEOPLE

 Proverbs 3:5b

Lean not on your own understanding.

Genesis 22:12

And He said, “Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now, I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.”

Luke 14:26 GNT

Those who come to Me cannot be My disciples unless they love Me more than they love father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, and themselves as well.

Luke 14:26 CSM

By surrendering others to God, you give Him the opportunity to work His will in you and in them.

3. OURSELVES

Proverbs 3:6

In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Romans 12:1a

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice.

Romans 12:1 MSG

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take you every day, ordinary life_ your sleeping, eating, going-to -work and walking around life- and place it before God as an offering.

Romans 12:1a CSM

Consecrate all areas of personal ambition and future plans to Him.

“I felt like I was jumping off a cliff and trusting that He was going to catch me. He did, and it was awesome.” Heidi Baker

Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

ARE YOU WILLING TO BE MADE WILLING?

Psalm 37:5 NLT

Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you.
