1 Corinthians 6:19-20(NLT) – Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
Annaleise Carr was the youngest swimmer ever to cross Lake Ontario.
She was in the cold water for over 27 hours, swam over 30 miles, and raised almost $200,000 for children with cancer.
OUR ABILITIES + GOD’S POWER = HELPING PEOPLE FOR THE GLORY OF GOD
God had a Big Dream for Annaleise, but He also has Big Dreams for you.
I WAS CREATED BY GOD FOR BIG DREAMS!
Genesis 1:27(NLT) – So God created human beings in His own image. In the image of God, He created them; male and female He created them.
Psalm 139:13(NLT) – You …. knit me together in my mother’s womb.
Psalm 139:16(NLT) – You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in Your book.
Jeremiah 29:11(NLT) – For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
If we want to walk in God’s Big Dreams for our lives there are important choices we have to make:
1. HONOR GOD WITH OUR BODY
1 Corinthians 6:20(NLT) – For God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
Annaleise Carr had to train for an entire year before she could swim across Lake Ontario.
She was training for God’s Big Dream.
We are all in training, even if we are not sure what that Big Dream looks like for us.
We want to take care of the bodies God has given us.

We want to honor God with what we eat, drink, and how we treat our bodies.
2. HONOR GOD WITH OUR CHOICES
Annaliese Carr had to say no to many things, because she was in training.
We are in training for the plans, purposes, and destiny God has for us.
Sometimes we have to say no to something, because we are saying yes to something bigger.
We want to make wise choices, because our choices are either preparing us or distracting us from God’s Big Dreams for our lives.

Bought – Redeemed, set free from the slavery of sin by the blood of Jesus Christ
Are we spending most of our time in front of a screen?
We want to choose to make room for the Presence of God in our lives.
We want to make room for family time in our lives.
3. HONOR GOD WITH OUR HEART
God’s Big Dreams for our lives are always bigger than we are!
Romans 8:31 – If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 John 4:4 – He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
We need God’s power to live out God’s Big Dreams for our lives.
God’s power flows through a personal relationship with Jesus.
Revelation 3:20(NLT) – Look, I stand at the door and knock. If you hear My voice and open the door, I will come in…..
